The Contacts icon is where you will be able to see all the users who are listed in the directory. If you do not see a user listed in the contacts, they have disabled “List in Directory”.

Add a Contact

Use the Add Contact button, found in the upper right corner, to add new contacts to your account’s contacts.

When clicking the Add Contact button, a pop-up box will appear where you can enter the new contacts information.  Be sure to hit Save to add the contact.
