How does Hosted Voice work?

What separates Smart City Voice from the competition?
Not all service providers are created equal. Smart City saw a niche in the market by listening to and paying attention to our customers’ needs. Most of the big internet companies do not mention that while they help with the initial configuration, they only offer limited administration and troubleshooting support over the long term. Much of the research and learning the system is the customer’s responsibility and they are never able to offer onsite support. In addition to providing a portal that allows you to make your own administrative changes, Smart City has an entire Hosted Voice team that provides support with emergency response times.
Do you offer other services?
Yes, Smart City Voice is a product provided by Smart City Metro, a full-service telecommunications company based in Orlando Florida. We offer Business Fiber Internet, Dedicated Internet Access, and managed services like SD-WAN to customers from small offices to enterprise customers.
