From the left panel, click Answering Rules to display a list of your phone extension’s answering rules. To re-prioritize the rules, grab the grip lines at the right to reorder the answering rules, the change is saved automatically.
Click on a specific answering rule to display more detail about the rule. While viewing a rule, you can click the ellipsis button at the top right to delete or disable the rule.
