You can update your inbox settings, greetings, and notifications in the Users portal message setting tab.
Enable Voicemail
You can enable your voicemail by clicking the enable Voicemail check box.
Inbox Settings
In the inbox section, you can change your inbox options: This includes:
- Sorting voicemail by the latest first
- Announce voicemail received time
- Announce incoming call ID
- Copy to extension
- Voicemail Transcription options
- Send an email when your mailbox is full
- Send an email after a missed call

Set Up Email Notifications
You can set up your email notifications by clicking the “Receive an email for new voicemail ” box. This will take your voicemail and send it via email. Under the Email Types drop-down menu, you can choose the format you want your email sent in.
Email Types include Send with Hyperlink, Send with a brief hyperlink, send with attachment, or send a brief attachment.
You can also choose how to treat the voicemail after it’s sent to your email under the “After Email Notification” tab.
After you update your settings, click the blue save button at the bottom of the settings window.
