To check your new voicemail messages, click the message tab on the main dashboard.
The New Voicemail Messages panel displays all new voicemails. The voicemails are displayed with the number of the caller that left a voicemail, their Caller ID name, date and time of message, and the duration of the voicemail as shown below.
You have the option of reviewing new, saved, or deleted voicemails in the voicemail dropdown menu.
You will also see options to Call to Play, forward the voicemail, download the voicemail, save it locally to your computer, or delete the voicemail message. You need to select the message you want to listen to, and at the far right of the message window, you will find the play, forward, download, or delete options.
