Using Wi-Fi for Smart City Connect

If Wi-Fi on the phone is disabled when Smart City Connect is launched, a prompt displays asking if you want to enable Wi-Fi.

Enabling Wi-Fi is generally preferred as long as the underlying connection is suitable for VoIP. (Take into consideration bandwidth, packet loss, jitter, latency, etc.)  Cellular networks will generally work well but will vary in network quality.
